typical early stage new product survey form. The goal is to answer a
simple question - how hot is this product idea? A hot idea should
score in the 90% range on questions 2-6. If a score is less than 50%
on those questions, the odds are good that the idea needs more
development. The form is
generally presented to 50-100 members of the target market.

product that has been disclosed to you. An honest, unbiased reply is
necessary. The company will use your answers to help in determining
whether or not it should proceed. Please answer the questions only
